If you decide to use teeth whitening strips then you will be able to enjoy whitening your teeth at anytime and anywhere. The strips don't make any mess and they are very easy to use. You can see results of any where from a half a shade to as much as three shades depending on the brand and the strength you choose. You will also like that you will generally only have to wear the strips for a small amount of time during the day. A negative aspect of using the whitening strips is that you will have to generally wait at least a couple of weeks to see those results that you can't wait to get for yourself.
Paint on Whiteners
If you choose to use paint on teeth whiteners then you will find that you will be able to target certain teeth or spots that need whitening. This is a great option if you only have a few trouble areas. One problem with this method is that saliva often dilutes the product shortly after you apply it. Some brands have found ways to make it stay on longer recently.
Teeth Whitening Toothpastes
Some toothpastes offer teeth whitening. These are good if you don't need much lightening. However, if you are looking for a noticeable amount of whitening then you will find that these probably won't produce the results that you are looking for.
